
Both the luffing davit and the luffing jib consist of a pivot bracket section fitted with a re-circulating ball bearing for ease of slewing movement, a two part stainless steel arm and a stainless steel wire rope tensioning assembly.
They each have two part arm and the tensioning rope assemblies connected to the pivot bracket via connection pins to offer quick and easy assembly and also adjustment of reach and height.
Both the luffing davit and the luffing jib are designed to be used with either a special surface mounted socket, or with a socket adaptor which can be fitted into existing cast in davit sockets.
They both conform to BS 7333, and are delivered to you in a works tested condition, complete with a certificate of test and CE mark.
Both have a safe working load of 500kg and have various lifting ranges.
