Lloyds British Training Services undertook a prestigious and confidential contract for M.O.D. supplier Lockheed Martin Insys .
The scope of the contract was to determine, develop and deliver operator training for the British Army crews of the Royal and Electrical Mechanical Engineers who would be driving and using the new Vehicle Recovery System( which is now in service with the Army). Steve Downing Training Director said that the project called for an in-depth knowledge of the vehicle and its lifting and winching attachments , and continual dialogue was required with not only our client but the manufacturer and the end user.
As a project management exercise in training, It was without doubt, a job well done, that only Lloyds British could have accomplished. The end result is that the vehicle system is in use with our Armed Forces who are using it correctly and safely.
